I'd have to disagree. Not on cast iron, because that's great. But I've had way too much cheaper cookware warp on me way too quickly.

Yeah, but cast iron doesn't just warp, so don't pay for the foofy ****.

Otherwise, I'm kinda in between. Most of my cookware is from a restaurant supply place in Marion. It's not cheap, but it's not foofy, either.
