My church just brought this up last weekend.

I really would recommend it. We have a streaming PC that is permanently hooked to our living room TV for sports (we cut cable in April). Our parish got it a few months ago, and we watched some of them the first weekend we knew of them, and I was all "Yeah, this is good stuff".

You can recondition old cast-iron fairly easily. Much cheaper way to go.

I am cheap and lucky when cheap and smart meet.

That being said. If they are identical products that are there to serve a specific purpose and both have identical reviews why not save money?

I'd have to disagree. Not on cast iron, because that's great. But I've had way too much cheaper cookware warp on me way too quickly.
