CG--you do need to mix it up. But I have long forgotten what it is like cooking for just 2. These days if hubby isn't home for dinner, it is your-choice. So last night it was mac & cheese (Kraft Ninja Turtles from the blue box). He is still gone tonight, I found some leftovers for me. When he is home I meal plan much better.

He texted our oldest earlier today and said his rental car is a Camero convertible. But he is in the backwoods of Pennsylvania.

Got an animal ABC book from the library and "n" was for narwhal.

Unfortunately o was for ostrich. I did like the x and y page--"x and y are not important letters. Never use them." The whole book was tongue in cheek--d is for remote control (duck holding a remote), e is for pajamas (elephant wearing pj's) and so on for all the letters. N was actually "N is for lunch" with a narwhal eating a sandwich and sign on his tank saying Narwhal Back at 1:00

I picture her wearing a skirt and smartly-tailored blouse, perhaps unbuttoned one more button than needs be, because that is how I picture all women in the office that aren't in the office that I'm working in.

Also, I think she probably drinks Diet Coke but got put on coffee machine duty because she is the only one that can step back and truly balance the coffee opinions of everybody else in the office.

The button part also describes me at the office.

that happened to my boss back in the spring. Actually, part of my dealio a couple weeks ago getting angry emails ended up being in part because she lost the email that said we did have approval from the real upper-ups to do something, so she didn't think we had approval.

they couldn't get everything off my boss's - she lost quite a few archived emails Maybe ISU IT is better though.....did have the first computer, I suppose!

he's probably nice and has a copy of KC's hard drive and emails that he can give to her.

We have good friends here - Woo is a handy sorta lawyer, and tallerton can help us retrieve things we lose!

I saw Hawaii has won like, 18 straight matches or something like that, but are just now only breaking into the top 30 in RPI. That's crazy.

It's my home computer, and the geek squad has been working on it for about a week now. No luck. What has PapaLew so ticked off is the fact that if your car dies, you don't have to buy a brand new one...you can buy an older model for less money and still have it supported by the manufacturer. Cell phones & computers, though...they last one to three years then you have to buy a brand new one. I suppose I should feel greatful that I got nearly five years out of this one.
