No, God, no. We do their 3PL (3rd Party Logistics) - customer service, warehouse, distribution, and accounts receivables. They weren't even our account, but we serviced the company that owned the drug previously. They bought the drug and assumed the contract. Now they are ******** about our service costs and trying to negotiate down/breach contract. I hate this client.

Fortunately, never had to deal with him, just with his cronies. Met one of them yesterday who looks like a 40 yer old man that had way too much tanning going on. Dude was darker than me and about as sleazy as they come. Started just about every sentence with "to be fully transparent with you" and then would follow that up with all kinds of bull ****.
