Heard my high school won conference in football for the first time ever. There's actually a four way tie, but we'll take it. Also heard the bus was escorted around town by a firetruck. Looks like I picked the wrong weekend to come to Iowa.
I understand that you're now under surveillance with everything you post.
Not sure if I should shut it down for the night, or keep the party rocking a little bit longer. I've gotta be up by 8:30 am... Going on a little canoe trip with a club from school. Definitely bringing beer to rehydrate with and get ready for the game this afternoon.
Alright. No more booze. Just a little turbacca' nub for a nightcap.

You probably went past auburn and strawberry blonde to carrot. Auburns are eccentric, strawberry blondes are wacky - carrots are full-on bat-spit crazy.
Never go full carrot.
Annual school carnival tonight. I know it raises money for the school, but now that we have 3 technically in school it is a lot of out-of-pocket cash. They put together themed baskets and ask for donations. I donated for 2 of 3 baskets. Then they ask for donations for game prizes. I was supposed to provide 4 boxes of candy (they do a candy walk like a cake walk), a store bought cake (cake walk), and a 6pk of 20oz pop (they do a pop toss). Then you either buy tickets or a wristband for the kids to play the games--$25 for the first wristband/$20 for additional ones (we are not even telling the 4yr old preschooler about the carnival--such mean parents).
Banged out about 30 breakfast burritos and into the freezer. Dozen jumbo eggs, 2 lbs of breakfast sausage, 7-ish cups of the steel cut oats (I did add both sofrito and taco seasoning, since I find oats to be soul crushingly bland by themselves), taco sauce, Garlic Cholula, and cheese. Total cost was around $30 as well.
I actually had to google that name, that's how little I watch channel 7. Mrs00 grew up in CF, so they used to warch it, but once we got married, I was like "oh hell naw". She's now converted.
