It's still a work in progress. Nickels isn't a Biebs fan, but I've got to get to make some choices, right?
so for those of you dying to know, I figured out the name of the part I destroyed yesterday. it's called a coil balance and it should look like this:
You can see the two metal ribbons inside. The piece at the bottom is the part I popped out of the track. So at least now I know where everything belongs.

I apologize if somebody already posted this but I haven't been here since Thursday.
We survived the long weekend staying in two 3+bedroom condos at the Wisconsin Dells with 30 total people (16 kids) and I can actually say that it was a blast. I only had to take one trip to urgent care which was right across the street and were were in and out in less than 45 minutes.
Guy we did work for today bought us pizza for lunch. One was Hawaiian and the other was sausage and mushroom. Those are the worst 2 pizzas ever. I had some of the Hawaiian because I hate mushrooms. I had to eat the crust too which was brutal.
With 16 kids, I can only assume that the urgent care visit was the result of some self-inflicted injury to yourself.
After 6 hours of some really aggravating E-mails with a couple customers, I have just taken the nice filter off my G-mail account and stomped on it. Any further correspondence will be done with nothing but unbridled fury and condescension.
