Considering the other option they considered was smothering it with hordes of people, it wasn't a bad choice.
Heh...especially at certain parts of the year, and when there's an 'acting' situation in the mix...thankfully the second part has been resolved.
So......I did get confirmation that I will indeed be dumped if I do this. I'm open to other suggestions as I'm starting from scratch again now.
Never noticed the big banner counting down the days, hours, minutes that says FOOTBALL: Iowa State vs. UNI at the bottom of the page?
trying on new clothes and showing them to DH (btw, gift cards from credit card rewards and 50% are great!) and him being meh on things.
Whatever, I like it, I know it looks good and more professional than my usual (nice, but not manager level) clothes.
He shows me jeans that he got today. I say I don't love them but they are fine to wear........and he's going to return them. Silly DH, guess he didn't like them that much either and was just trying to pick something, but I was like dude, I'm taking your opinion into consideration and will wear some shirts differently, but I'm not returning stuff. You don't have to return stuff just because I didn't love it!

CG: This is how this marriage thing works...we give you our opinion on your clothes, then you do whatever anyway...you give us your opinion on our clothes and we do it despite our own thoughts.
I sent him pics during trying on and he's like they look nice. He admitted things he didn't like at first looked nicer with blazers. I got some things not typically what I wear and DH isn't big on change. I did take his feedback on tucking/not tucking shirts in and a necklace is going back that he didn't like. I didn't like it once it was on either.
Sure he was more interested in the trying on clothes pics than he cared about the clothes themselves.
I told him fashion show when you get home!
he goes "unless it's a naked or Victoria's Secret version, this is not a fashion show"
