Question, why don't you block BIL so you don't see his ****? Not like unfriending, you just don't see his crap. I have a number of folks blocked after getting sick of their rants and crazy stuff but didn't want to unfriend for various reasons (reasons: other mutual friends, family etc).
Minor note - the conversions are a little off. They used a kind of funky conversion from cm to feet (I think). If you want to get American style heights, take the cm, convert to inches, then figure out the height. Ex: 157cm ~ 61.8 inches, or just under 5'2". 158cm ~ 62.1 inches, or just a shade OVER 5'2". In the late morning (after I've limbered up but before I've settled) I'm ~ 5'2", placing me squarely on the border of hobbit & dwarf.
This would be easier if I had my own account, but I just look on my husband's to keep up with my kids, siblings, etc. I feel kind of silly telling my husband to block stuff from his brother, and I know he wouldn't do it because he knows how much this annoys me and gives me grief about it. He'll check Facebook and say things like, hey my brother turned north a block earlier two miles in, want to see?

Ah, I get it. As to creepers and such, I am surprised sometimes how many people either accidentally or openly share EVERYTHING they post. With limited exceptions I have most of mine set to friends only. Tossed a couple things out to "public" like garden pictures and some other stuff but not too many personal people pictures and such.
When Cubs do something like this, I view it as getting my hopes up so they can be crushed again.
Apparently I'm hovering somewhere between Hobbit and Dwarf. My feet aren't hairy, so I'm going with Dwarf. Besides...they're taller.
