Random Thoughts IV

Surly Furious is the best beer ever (not exaggerating) made if you like IPA's (not sure if you'd consider that a dark beer).

The Summit beers are good but tend to be dark and heavy. Fulton beers have a nice assortment. They have one called "Sweet Child of Vine" so it is pretty tough to not appreciate that. Third Street Brewhouse makes good ones. Schell's makes pretty good European style beers.

If you're visiting, Dayblock brewery has a nice variety and offers a Beer and Bacon Flight (5 beers, 3 types of bacon and 3 types of dipping sauce). Northeast Minneapolis has about a million microbreweries.

If you're looking for something specific I will be glad to do the background research.

No brewery visits, just need something to have with dinner a couple nights this weekend. Looking for something similar to Spotted Cow or Moon Man, or any blonde ale or kölsch style.

Since I just repped her for her mini guilt trip on me, I would have to spread my rep out again. Not sure if I have the energy, although I have some people who deserve a little rep if I wasn't so tired. Maybe I will get my second wind.

You and I probably distribute more rep than the rest of this site combined. I'm in the process of repping all 114 people who gave my OU vs ISU big 12 tournament thread op a thumbs up.

so apparently we are overdue on a utility service charge because the autopay doesn't pay it even though the email says "note: if you are enrolled in autopay, your payment will be withdrawn automatically"

then you go to the website and it has a leeeeetle note about misc charges not being taken by autopay and I can't find any way to pay it online if you have autopay :skeptical:

and there is a suspicious death at the park we used to play volleyball at. Eek.

Do you still have a check book? that would solve the problem. Oh yeah you would also need a stamp or need to drop it off.

00-I had the same thought this morning when I saw the article.

So little Wx doesn't seem to like the rear facing car seat anymore and thus screams in the car a good amount of time. Looks like we are going to cancel our Oshkosh trip due to it. It is going to be a long 6.5 months...

Have either you or the wife tried riding back there with him ? I've heard that helps no actual experience though.

Yo all, I'm a Century ride survivor as of yesterday. 15,000 on RAGBRAI Mon and me and a riding partner from Mon randomly meet again on Tues. He says lets go for the 100 I'm like nah, We get to the cut off we stop and talk about it, well it's only an extra 37 (?) miles. Early in the day gorgeous out I'm like yeah ok, We celebrated with banana splits in Radcliffe and pops @ end of ride. It was quite an experience. (Carver sorry, hope this isn't too BIL like but I was really surprised when I did it and allowed myself to do it.)

Boxster, if you want to keep up w/ Velo just swap him bikes, road bikes WAY easier than our old Hybrids. Hybrids good work out bike, Road bike make life easy.

And in taking a pic for the article, they really focused right in on the issue at hand.

Happy baby picture deserves to go to another page.

Z went t. hrough a crying phase. We tried a parent in the back, toys; books, and Teethers. Sometimes it worked. Sometimes she stopped after a few minutes.

Good luck with deciding.

I have the sads no Ragbrai today ran out of people to help shuttle me, back to the real world today.

Wait, what? There has to be a solution.

Neither of us want to drive four hours one way with a screaming baby. We will probably still go but may make some stops where we normally don't.

Have either you or the wife tried riding back there with him ? I've heard that helps no actual experience though.

My wife sits back there on longer drives. Sometimes he will calm down sometimes not.

CG, in Angie's thread about secret interests someone talks about Twitch streaming about video games is this what DH does? Just curious because video gaming is something I'm not familiar with.
