Good news/bad news

Bad news - I pretty much put all the weight back on that I took off last year about this time

Good news - I got ****** at myself last night after finding that out and ran 2 miles in just over 14 minutes

And more bad news - that one run apparently did not make me drop all of the weight off so I'm gonna need to keep doing this running stuff

Still more bad news - I'll probably have to start watching what I eat and cut back on the drinking

Worst news - I'm really not too keen on doing that

I'm hopeful that I'll get healthier this fall since I'll be walking and eating less since I'll be cooking for myself. It worked before
