Random Thoughts IV

Holy crap, just looked into the real estate and assistant coach threads. Between conspiracies, Otzelgate, mayoral abdication mourning, tacopalypse, Kobe/Jordan/LeBron wars, authentic Chinese meltdown, GoT book/show wars, GoT outrage (why watch, oh sensitive ones, I think there was a child thrown off a building and incest in maybe the very first episode), the extreme professional standards some peeps think realtors follow, and the general inability to have a sense of humor about anything, is there any way CF can offer professional therapy?
Since we know that Jeremy didn't make any money from all the views, clicks and comments related to the whole mayoral abdication thing, maybe CF can offer some Asian massage therapy. This could help offset the operating costs and bring this whole coaching dilemma to a happy ending.

Big words and handjob jokes. I like this person.

I told my husband that if they want to catch those escaped convicts in NY, someone needs to bake a pie and set it on the window sill to cool. They always go for the pie in the movies . . .

Guys, today is my Friday.

Don't you ******* hate it when people say that?

But seriously, today is my Friday.

Today's my Sunday.

Nope, I don't ******* hate it when people say that since it's commonplace at my job.

Seriously, it's my Sunday.

I'm going to keep on with it...
I'm not a prude and I don't mind naked gore fests, but sometimes excessive amounts of the stuff in shows that attracts male viewers gets in the way of story lines, and I get bored.
As a male viewer I partially agree with you - less gore, more naked fest story lines.

I might do this in August. I have way too much PTO right now.

yeah year end is 6/30 and it's use it or lose it. I end up with this every June it seems like. Well this year I gained a week and got to carry a bit over since last year I did two people's jobs. So it'd have been about right without that. I don't take much time off the first six months and then like this year, I hoarded for house stuff because I didn't know how many on-site type meetings we'd have to do during the day. Turns out not many. June isn't crazy for me though and it's not a bad time to take days off, so it works out.

Do most people's time off not carry over?

Mine can just keep building and building.

I think come August, I'll have like 24 days or so.

Use it or lose it and once you have so many years with the company you can bank it towards retirement.

I've never worked a job where it carries over. It's always use it or lose it. Do you get it paid out to you if you leave?

That's a good question that I don't know the answer to.

I get 10 days a year starting on my anniversary date (Aug 1) that can carry over and then 3 "personal" days that don't carry over starting Jan 1 each year.
