With the possible exception of King George, or as Brad Paisley calls him...
"The Great George Freakin' Straight". :)

There is a difference between skinny jeans and skin - tight Wranglers. What George wears are skin - tight Wranglers, not skinny jeans. ;)

But, they're OUR nutbars. I wouldn't trade them for the world (or anything less than $2.74).

I'm willing to offer approximately 12 mexican coins leftover from our honeymoon and an old B-Bops coupon (not expired).

Birdy, with the in-depth analysis of the tight jeans. Seems the result of significant research.

Speak of George...when at Texas Roadhouse over the weekend, Randy Travis came on, and I thought "There's a man who could have been the next George Straight, but pizzed it all away".

I like some of Randy's songs but he doesn't (didn't) have the range to step into those shoes.

Hey, look, I know a George fan when I see her, and I'm not saying he IS George, just talking sustained popularity for such a long time.

<slowly backs away and makes soothing sounds so as to calm the mad George fan>

Driving down Hwy 30 going 70 and my kids tell me there is a spider by my head. NOT COOL!! And then when we can't see it anymore my 12yr old helps by saying "It is in Mom's hair".

those kids get bread and water for a week.

CG about the house have you checked to see if you need a water softener? Just filled a couple today and it made me wonder about your new house.

we get one, I know that. Oh, they had the septic in finally (think ours got pushed back to catch up the winter builds) and we do not have 67 pipes across the backyard like the neighbor's (not the same builder) and it blends down nicely from the patio area. Mound and accompanying pipes are off to the side just like we hoped. Yay.

I know when I wear skinny jeans I wear boots on the outside. And not my Justins. I haven't worn those since a western themed party quite a few years ago. And before that I probably wore them line dancing in Wichita about 1996 or so.

I meant vocal and style range. His style wasn't really varying...for longevity, they can't keep sounding the same.

As for George, you really can't argue that 35 years of hits (including 60 #1's) will be tough to top.
