Got a big recruit coming next year. She is only a sophomore in this two year old video. Turned down offers from Oklahoma and Georgia. She has had some nice mentions in the Star Tribune up here and had some cool stuff to say about ISU.

not to carry over from the other thread, but do Self and Ferentz have kids? All this talk about coach's kids getting harassed if they attend a rival school and I barely even know if those two are married, let alone who their kids are.
Tyler Self is on the KU bench and Pat McCaffrey is about 14. That's all I know

Good news! Your prescription is now available OTC, so you don't have to pay for a doctor's visit. It's also usually less expensive.
Well, let's see - I visit the allergist annually...so that's a wash. Two years ago, Allegra D went OTC. With my prescription plan I paid $10 for a month's supply. OTC for the same number of pills was nearly 5x that amount. To save a little money, I buy generic Allegra (without the D component) but still need the D, so I buy a generic Sudagest. To keep me from making meth (instead of trying to breathe in the spring), I can only buy 20 pills at a time, and I have to sign over the rights to my car, my house, and my life, as well as be entered in a massive database EVERY FREAKING TIME I BUY 20 PILLS.
Now, oh happy day...Flonase is going OTC. Oh goody! Look at all the time & money & dignity I'm going to save now. Thank you Wellmark for making my day.
