I brought four cookbooks to look through for meal ideas next week and have only book marked eight ideas so far. I am not normally this picky........

Do you ever cook goulash? I use hamburger, onion, garlic, mushrooms, can of spaghetti sauce, and whatever noodles are in the cupboard. I suppose you could use ground turkey to make it healthier. Quick & easy.

And cheap and covers at least three meals. I have used HyVee's Omega 3 pasta for the extra protein.

My day just turned into the best day of the past several years.

My SIL's computer that was confiscated during a drug sting has been returned to her after the charges were dismissed. That computer had pictures of my son that we thought were lost forever! Not gonna lie, tears of joy today! Unbelievable

Some (mostly female) Ali's are pronounced Al-lee rather than All-lee.

did 1lb of hamburger in one pot, threw in the onions/garlic once it was mostly browned. So yeah, one pot, haha.

When I make my chili I go in just the opposite direction. I carmelize my onions first and then throw in my meats. When the meat is browned it all goes into the pot with all of the other ingredients.

I have no idea which order is better, but the meat was thawed and I had to cut the onion up yet so it was about saving time for me, ha.
