The article says Dusan is a senior, class of 2015. Also interesting that Rivals has him listed at Sunrise Christian in Kansas but the article says hes at a HS in Georgia? Rivals also notes that his AAU team is based in Atlanta?

Maybe, but then he only gets to play 1.5 more years. If he finishes this season and sits out a year, he'll get to play a full 2 years. I guess it is a trade-off. Give up a half-year of playing time in exchange for a shorter wait to get back into action.

Correct, but remember it really isn't really .5 of a season if he is eligible in late December. McKay, simular to Burton situation, will end up missing 9 out of 33-35 games so if he transfers before the spring semester he'll only miss out on .25ish of the season.
Really the questions is would a player want take a RS season and be in college 5 years for an extra 9-10 non-con games?

Yes, that makes sense. It doesn't seem worthwhile to wait the whole extra year, unless there are other reasons such as where he would fit into the lineup one year versus the next.

Short update on Eubanks KU is lurking.

Wood also said Kansas may soon begin recruiting Eubanks.
Now at Delray Beach (FL) ELEV8 Academy, Eubanks went for 20 points, 9 rebounds and 2 assists in an 84-82 win over Mount Zion Prep.
Chad Myers, Eubanks’ coach, recently said the following schools have already reached out to Eubanks: Virginia, USF, B.C., UConn, Georgia, Georgia Tech, Iowa State, Louisville, Maryland, Michigan, Missouri, Oregon and Providence

Guessing it is a "no brainer" that rival coaches are using the "but he'll be gone to the next NBA gig" to recruit against us. The unfortunate part is that there is nothing anyone can do about it. Hopefully, the reassurance from our staff will be good enough for recruits. But at some time or another, it surely has to affect recruiting. But like most here have said, better to have a "wanted" coach than the alternative.

Time may be the only thing to really combat it. It's a heck of a lot better than the alternative, which is to have a coach that is not considered NBA worthy.

Good point. But with life as it is, ever-changing, what-if, etc., I wonder if even he can 100% guarantee that. Regardless, I'm not worrying about it. Rather enjoying the ride, however long it lasts. Just saying I'm sure other coaches are playing that card.
