Yes! DH said the one side is bugging him a bit (he only had 3 so the side with 2 is causing him a little pain) but he seems back to his normal self after almost of week of being sick/out of it. Now to take a pic of all mah baking for the day. The best part is I got all the dishes down too.......no messy sink to look at afterward now!
 
here you go, Pants. Got some peanut butter blossoms, almond bark pretzels, peppermint/almond mints, and cream cheese sugar cookies complete with a few ISU themed ones.

we shall see. I burned enough calories today, even with some test samples! DH wants ice cream so I gotta go get that quick.
 
The cookie picture are making me seriously miss the old gals who used to live next door to me years ago. Couple of retired gals who were just wonderful neighbors and liked to cook and bake and share. Lots of old world German stuff. I used to do lots of household repair and garden stuff for them and if they weren't giving me cookies it was bottles of scotch (now Pants has got to like that!). Miss Fran and Helen, they were the coolest.

Sorry, bragging... First grandchild, a boy, born today at 6:32 am. My wife and my daughter's husband coached her for 22 hours. Her in-laws and I pulled an all nighter after the game in the waiting room. What an experience. Sipping on a Crown on ice to relax now.
