Bundrage

QB would be a shoe-in for a medical redshirt. He didn't even play one quarter of one game.
Common sense would tell you this, correct? Welp. I've got news for you - NCAA works off unicorn tears and margarita dreams. Your logic does not matter in this court of LAW.

I guess it's great that we actually do have a talented WR core in this circumstance. Imagine losing Farniok again. At the same time, Bundrage was definitely going to be our #1 man.

Isn't it sad that I almost hate to watch the first game of the year because I am afraid to see which starters will be injured? Happens pretty much every year. Bundrage should have went pro after last year.

Cyclones -> the team with such ****** luck, talent, coaches that it would be comical if it wasn't so sad that we pay this staff millions upon millions of dollars to come completely unprepared to face a SUBDIVISION TEAM.

Fire the whole lot. This team is an embarrassment.

Oline-Cant block and guard a Dline comprising of grandmas using walkers
Dline-"Yeah we can get to your quarterback...in 8 minutes"
QB-Can't pass ball more than 5 yards, indecisive, slow, poor judgement, will be injured soon with all the rushing he does.
WR-LOLWHO OPS INTERCEPTION, ouch acl
LB-Hey guys what is this run protection you heard of?
Safeties-Wait what assignment do I have? Do I have to be covering that NDSU receiver that is wide open? Oh probably not someone else will do that.

It's pretty well spelled out in the NCAA manual (and this thread) how this procedure works.

... you don't have to be a **** to make a point...

Yep and that's disappointing. Sam is overrated and can't throw the ball over 5 yards.

Jesus man are you ******* kidding with that bull ****. Sam is the best QB on this team get used to it. Sam was not the problem Saturday. Get ******* real.

Granting of a medical hardship is contingent on whether the player had previously used their redshirt year.

A FB player who played as a true freshman (never redshirted) who was injured in the first 4 games of any subsequent year would automatically be given a medical hardship and have 5 years to play 4.

Not the case for a player who redshirted as a freshman. The 5 years to play 4 would come into effect. That player would have to appeal (after their 5th year) to be granted a sixth year to complete their 4 years of playing time.

We are ISU!

Our motto really should be.... "Just when you think it can't get any worse.... it does!".

I wouldn't count out Bundrage until u hear it from the staff. Watching the replay it didn't seem like it would be a acl tear.

I doubt Quenton would want to be a super super senior in 2016. Best for him to try & chase NFL dreams after senior season.

Stupid comment is stupid.

Haha he's not but simmer. He's a deer in headlights and I prefer the gunslinger, Rohach.

Sam was the least of our worries. The two picks is what cost us dearly and were game changers but neither were on Sam.

And you're wrong. Both were bad throws and both were on Sam. But anyway, I'm done talking about the quarterback situation in this thread. This thread is about Bundrage and I shouldn't have brought it up.

If a receiver gets a hand on the ball it should be caught. The first pick was a good pass for sure.

The first pick was a good play by NDSU. One guy barely got a finger on the ball and it led to an interception.

I still say the second one is 100% on Lazard. Tried playing superstar instead of simply catching the ball.
