I would (in a COMPLETELY NON MEDICALLY QUALIFIED OPINION) put my guess on nasal irritation. I started back into running this spring too. Your comment just made me realize that my nosebleeds timed very well with that. Correlation =/= causation, but I would try the humidifier and see if it helps.
