I'm not sure anyone will ever beat Castro's debut. That was legendary.
I think Baez will take a bit to adjust here, as most people have thought. Russell and Soler should jump right in and be good to go. Bryant could take some time to adjust but I'm sure he still hits a ton of bombs.
Amazing - Russell, Soler, and Bryant are the only 3 prospects left we are waiting for to debut position wise. I'm not including Almora because he still has awhile.
BN says Soler should be up in September because he is on a ML contract and 40 man roster and I don't think he can be sent down the next time he is up without going on waivers. So he'll be up for good starting in September, probably.
Bryant will likely be up around June next year. Russell will be up early 2016, possibly opening day. ****, he could be up in June 2015.
And then all our waiting is over with! And Schwarber and Almora will be soon after.
As for pitching, we have a lot of talent coming up. Just extremely young. Maples, Tseng, Edwards, Johnson. Yeeyee

Baez actually promised a kid with cancer today that he would strike out three times today for him, so he's doing it for him.

I've never seen a player struggle in a debut before. It feels like it's probably time to give up.
Can't the Cubs just lose in 9 innings. Why do they make me watch 11+ innings against the Rockies
I've gotten to the point where I actually hope we lose so we can get a top draft pick.
