Ah, nuts. Didn't realize the first post was from last June. Oh well, visit to come hopefully.

So you thought he had a visit planned out 6 months in advance?

Didn't think about the date. And didn't expect someone to resurrect a thread from 8 months ago.

Although with how badly I misread it it's kind of funny how close it was to the truth (I then flipped over to another thread, saw the news, and still didn't put it together right away.)

Probably decommitted after watching Kane's OSU postgame interview. Way to represent Deandre.

Yeah, this kid isn't going to ISU. He's fishing for a name school Which, of course, he's more than entitled to do. Oh and yeah. Helicopter dad for sure. That was known much before the OSU commitment.

Grandstaff looks like a great player. I don't know if Fred will look his way again or not. The calculus may have changed somewhat with different pieces in play than there were a year ago.

hmmmm..........maybe he needs to look at a school who ranks in the top 5 in scoring and has lead D-1 in 3's made the past couple years. That seems like a good fit for a kid like him.

Nice to see him and Matty Ice on the wings..........Monte breaking down defenses and kicking it out. Oh and Georges will be a senior (if he doesn't move on to the YMCA pro league :jimlad:). Hoiberg will have a team that averages 100+ game before he is done at ISU.

Well, if we've already contacted him, then Fred is definitely looking his way again.

It definitely sounded bad, but who knows. Maybe the dad is deflecting some of the criticism Austin would get for de-committing. Hopefully he gives us a look or I'll have to change my avatar again.
