Wrong. Defense kept ISU in the game for a long time. Finally broke. Your memory should tell you ISU gave up just 17 in the first half and it was 10-0 for a long time. The pathetic offense consistely just ****s the defense. D isn't good but today they held for as long as they could.

We've shown that we have a rabid fan base and an AD who will reward even mild success with big time $$.

Also, no assistant coach or coach at a lesser school would ever want an opportunity to coach in the Big 12.

Again, what coach is going to come here knowing that if he has one terrible season at Iowa State (which based on history is a GIVEN), you will be fired. After being loved by the fan base for several years.
