We all know that AJ and Jake had a big impact on our team the last few years. They were the face of our program. As we sit at 1-4, I couldn't help wonder what our record would be if we still had them. I think we would be sitting are 4-1 right now with them on this team. What do you think?

LOL, I know I have had that thought SOOOO many times it's stupid. Same thing with our 19-year old junior DE Morrissey. David Irving too. How we can have these DL who haven't redshirted is beyond me. Actually not. It sucks to be so thin that we need to burn redshirts on these guys.
I don't know that the is any response to this other than: No **** Sherlock. Ther are only about 5 teams that could lose two NFL LBs and not see a drop.

I actually think we miss Jeremy Reeves and Durell Givens more. Not by any means saying Reeves & Givens are better players that AJ & Jake because they are not. However, linebacker play has been pretty good by Luke Knott and Jeremiah George. Wish we still had Broomfield as the nickel. He was better in that role than as safety.
Yes we do, but need to get over it they are not here anymore, the underclass men need to be the next wrecking crew
Obvious thread is obvious. That being said, we still have a good chance of being 1-4 with Knott and Klein in the lineup. The offense has been that inept early this year that unless their presence improves the offense it just might not make that much of a difference.
