I think we should have a season long thread for fantasy football questions. I had an auction draft Saturday night, not a fan of that format, league manager has no clue what he's doing (but thinks he know it all) and it takes forever but I think I got a decent team out of it.

PPR; QB, RB-2, WR-2, Flex, TE, D , K

My team is :
Newton
RG3
Reggie Bush
Chris Johnson
Alfred Morris
Mcfadden
Vareen
Woodhead
Fitzgerald
J. Nelson
Cecil Shorts
Tavon Austin
Sudfield
Packers
Gould

Thoughts?

Pretty solid team. I had my draft last night and its old school they only go by yards for points. So my question is out of my receivers: Jordy Nelson, Hakeem Nicks, Vernon Davis, Brian Hartline, Kenbrell Thompkins, and Kenny Stills. Which 3 stand best chance? Jordy and Nicks for sure.

and then IDK. I do not trust Vernon Davis with CK as the quarterback. I had him on my team last year, and he was worthless down the stretch after the switch.

To the OP, unless they can force a ton of turnovers the Packers D is going to be awful. I say this as a Pack fan, who was incredibly disappointed to not get Eddie Lacy, but they will not be good at stopping ANYBODY this year. I envision a couple games where they probably score you negative points.

I'm hoping Sudfield can produce, I picked him up later in a couple of drafts.

Standard league I'd go Lamar Miller. RB is a safer (and usually better) play in standard leagues.

Unrelated to your guys' draft, but in my league with some buddies I'm about to complete a trade for his Demaryius Thomas and David Wilson for Wes Welker and Fred Davis.

Yes that's the biggest steal of a trade ever.

Thought I had a good trade going. I was gettting A.J. Green, he was getting Lamar Miller & Miles Austin. (I already have Doug Martin, Stevan Ridley, & Demarco Murray) - 12 team league.

Buttttt, apparently 4 people in the league vetoed the trade so it didn't go thru. Seriously? Isn't the veto capability there to avoid total trade-rapes? It's not like I was giving him Knowshon Moreno for his stud WR, he's the one who offered it in the 1st place!

Am I the only one who thinks this is a total over-use of the veto power in fantasy football?!? It's ridiculous..

As commish, I would veto.

Pretty solid. A bit thin at WR, but your RBs are pimped out Cosmo Kramer style.

Kind of a rough WR corps, but I'd say Hartline as the WR3.

16 Team Snake Draft

For a 16-team draft your WRs are insane. Especially with Gordon in your pocket as well. Nice work. I assume you'll start Cam in place of Vick? I know the matchup isn't great but Vick is pretty sketch.
