....I was here for Criner and Walden.

We'll be ok.

We wont go 0-10-1 this season. We'll find a win here or there.

We aren't under NCAA sanctions.

We aren't putting our best player in a different color helmet to make it easy on the defense.

We aren't using plays submitted by fans of the coach's call in show.

CPR will kick butts. We'll shore things up. We may not get a ton of wins this year. Maybe no bowl game. But we're getting a heck of a class next year.

I've seen way worse than I saw last night.

And I gotta say, having been through years of hopelessness, I'd rather be disappointed.

But its the fact that we are building momentum, then laying an egg. Not that we haven't been this bad before.

I get that. But if our momentum was so fragile that we can't bounce back from one bad game with a bunch of inexperienced players in new positions, we didn't actually have any momentum to begin with.

I'm as crestfallen as the next bloke over this egg-laying that we witnessed, no doubt about it. But end of the world, this is not.

We didn't just drop the transmission on the highway, we hit a speed bump.

Basically all the issues yesterday are very fixable. I still think this is CPR's most talented team, and I fully expect them to make us proud by the end of the season.

Michigan lost to Appalachian State in 2007 at home with more talent and when they had a senior quarterback, senior running back, and two junior receivers in Manningham and Arrington. That team went onto go 9-4 and beat 9th ranked Florida in the Capital One Bowl.
