What's your favorite one-hit wonder song, from any era? Feel free to provide links, if desired.

I have some of their other albums, but I really enjoy The Toadies' "Possum Kingdom": The Toadies - Possum Kingdom - YouTube

Holy crap, I'd never seen Mungo Jerry's facial hair: Mungo Jerry - In The Summertime ORIGINAL 1970 - YouTube

Great lol. This was one of the songs I listed for the thread about songs suck in my head. Here we go again.

For this thread I really like Closing Time by Semisonic.

Snow-Informer was huge when I was 19 on campus at Iowa State. Every frat party played it like 3 times a night and everyone tried to sing the words.

Anyway Mine are

Rappers Delight
Devinals - I touch myself.

Hurry up and give me the microphone before I busta my pants!

Now, UB40 also had a cover of "I Can't Help Falling in Love with You" that did pretty well, but I'm not sure if it was a hit.

UB40, while not the most popular band ever is not a one hit wonder by any means. Lots of songs on the charts: UB40 discography - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia (actually more than I expected)
