Help: Avatar

I've been trying to change my avatar for a couple of days now, but I keep getting the "unable to save" screen every time I try to load it. I've made sure it's within the specifications listed (120x120 pixels or 19.5KB), but it's still not working. Suggestions?

The reason why I was changing my avatar was to be Gold 2 (Tiree), but we could use more in the squadron.
