I recently started at a restaurant, as a pizza chef, and forgot to put the second layer (top) of cheese on it because we had 12 orders come in within 5 minutes. The person was eating straight onions on top. And probably crying a bit.

Brisket is one of the tougher cuts to perfect. I recommend the rib recipe that comes with the Egg. Awesome!
I'll throw one out. Me and my ex broke up a few weeks ago and I feel worse every week. It really sucks. How's that for manly 85?

I confess I would occasionally see a post in a thread that ended with -KEEP. I always thought that this was a posters sarcastic way of requesting the moderators not to delete their post because it was "so awesome" I just realized it was a signature for keepngoal.... I'll confess if I don't know a poster personally I get a concept in my head of what type of person they are based nearly entirely on their avatar. Except Stormin, I'm pretty sure I have him pegged.

Yeah I do this too which leads to me being frustrated when people change avatar. Unless they change it frequently than I will go with the one I like the best.
