Your take on Nebraska, Missouri, and Colorado is not accurate. First, Nebraska is upset with Texas because Texas beat them at their own game, and that game is greed. From the beggining it has taken 75% of the schools to effect change in the conference, particularly on equal revenue sharing. Unfortunately, there has been a coalition of four schools preventing that change and looking out for their own best interests. Guess which schools were part of that alliance? Texas, A&M, Oklahoma, and Nebraska. If Nebraska seriously wanted to change how the conference operated, all they ever had to do was vote with the other 8 schools and change would take place. But Nebraska didnt want that kind of change - the kind of change they wanted was being what they once were in the Big 8 and what Texas became in a decade - they didnt want to be an equal with 11 other Big 12 schools, they wanted to be King Daddy over all of them. So, just to stick it to Texas, they decided to do the very thing they've been opposed to - joined a conference with equal revenue sharing. Fans of the 8 Big 12 schools aren't upset that Nebraska left for the Big 12 - any of our schools would have if extended an offer. What we're upset about is Nebraska's outright hypocrisy in pretending they had battered wife's syndrome when stating that Texas drove them out of the Conference when their actions had everything to do with the instability all along. The B1G may like to come to Nebraska's defense when it comes to climbing to the top of the water tower to defend Nebraska's honor, but the fans of the smaller schools know the truth - Nebraska is just as bad as Texas. By the way, have fun with Nebraska while the "pretty girl" is paying attention to you - in less than a decade you'll realize she's not all she's cracked up to be.
As far as Missouri and Colorado wanting out of the Big 12 - please. The've wanted into the Big 10 and Pac 10 respectively going back to the Big 8 days. Can't blame Texas for that - they weren't in conference with us back then. But you know who was - Nebraska, and they were King Daddy back then...
