Utah - most explosive team I've ever seen at Jack Trice

Let me preface this by saying I've been coming to games since I can remember and have seen all the drubbings that the mid 90's Nebraska and K-States they put on us.

All the people ******** and moaning need to relax. This game had ZERO to do with ISU being an average team. This was 100% about Utah being UNBELIEVABLE. Accept it and quit complaining. tOSU, Alabama, OU, etc. WOULD NOT hang 68 on us in our own stadium - period. The only other team that could possibly would be Boise State - maybe. Utah is unbelievable.

If this Utah team wins out and doesn't get a chance to play for the BCS title it's an absolute travesty.

Go Cyclones.

I agree, this was the most dominant team I've seen the clones play since the 2010 Hawkeyes!! :jimlad:

Utah is VERY VERY good. We beat Texas Tech. Beat NIU who's actually not too bad.

Hardly anyone on here saw past their cardinal and gold sun glasses to see how supperior utah really is. They are so ******* well coached. I said early they are a 11-12 win team this year. And more with a BCS game win.

I think Oregon could easily. That said Utah is a team I'd want to avoid if I were an undefeated bcs team.

Utah has a better defense than Oregon though, I think. An 8 team playoff this year would draw huge ratings, some great match ups.

With Bama losing today, it's looking good for Utah/BSU/TCU to play for the title. I used to hate on them so much, tonight changed my opinion completely.

Watching Utah destroy Alabama, that was fun. In fact, I've enjoyed all of their winning, except for that one game that I'm convincing myself didn't happen.

I see unicorns, leaping over rainbows, and eating ice cream, from cones.
It's lovely.

Serious reply: Hasn't Utah pretty much destroyed every BCS team that comes across their path? I know we're not the king of the mountain right now, but I can't imagine that Utah has much left to prove.

It just hit me, if the PAC-10 is doing the round-robin, we get Utah-Oregon every single year. :swoon::spinny::swoon::spinny::swoon:

Why is it that every time we get humiliated by a team, that team is suddenly on track to win the National Championship and should be elevated to the NFL? Happened with Iowa, now happening with Utah.

So far Utah is the best team ISU has played against this year. I know Hawk fans do not want to hear it but Utah if faster and much more explosive.

I agree. I will be extremely surprised if Oklahoma gets anywhere near 68 against us. I think that tonight was just a perfect storm. After the first quarter Utah could do NOTHING wrong and we couldn't do anything right. Once the boulder started rolling downhill it was impossible to slow down.

Does it really take a good team to throw a deep ball every play at a 5'7" cornerback with no safety help at all? I like how we always give credit to other teams when they beat us as if we are the measuring stick to see if a team is "good" or not.

He's still in stage 1: Denial that ISU has problems...
