KState also played against a team without the best RB in the Big XII conference. No need to argue though. ARob and AA will shut your mouth for you this weekend.
I'll be there. I have 3 friends flying in from out of state to go. Homecoming weekend. Night game. Decent weather predicted. I believe it will be full..
So far, which RB is better?
Look at the statistics, you really can't argue A-Rob is not the best RB in the Big 12 right now...
Good thing your defense isnt anywhere close to that defense we only scored 3 on.

We could just change it to most productive Big 12 back, because that is a fact.
A fact that these stats have been gained against really bad defenses, except Iowa's. Won't change this weekend however as Baylor is bad on D also.
he is leading rusher in the conference and he only had 4 carries in one of the games. and dont forget that this OL that is blowing holes open for ARob, is also the number one offensive line in nation in sacks allowed. just 2 in 6 games.
Baylor's defense.... 94th in nation, allowing 171.2 rushing yards per game
ISU's offense.... 14th in nation, averaging 209.5 rushing yards per game

Correct me if I'm wrong, which I'm not, but KU had the 3rd best rush defense in the NCAA's prior to meeting Mr. Robinson.
Exactly. ARob to the house. i plan on hearing that phrase at least twoce this weekend. I really think we win by two scores. I don't know how Baylor can possibly think they will stop ARob, when he leads the conference in rushing and basically didn't play a game. Also, that great defense we played, yeah, ARob went over 100 on them too. Bring it Bears.
Stats don't lie but they can certainly be manipulated to support someone's point...Kansas got that ranking by playing against the powerhouses of N. Colorado, UTEP, Duke, and S. Miss.
Point still stands that Arob and company haven't burned a team with a solid D. Doesn't mean there won't be a victory this Sat. though.
I'm sorry. I'll stop using silly, unmanipulated stats provided by the NCAA. What stat would I or should I look at then?

True, but at this point just about every team has played crappy defenses.
And Robinson had 100 yards on 19 carries against Iowa. A Rob will likely be our first 1000 yard rusher since Haywood that will do it during the regular season. Plus, if he doesn't get injured, he'll likely be way over 1000 yards. There are a lot of teams with a lot of pretty good backs who don't produce as well as Robinson. I see no reason to disparage that fact.
I thought my point was obvious...you shouldn't use stats like that as their 3rd ranking is deceptive in that they have not played any good teams.
