Because they're elite athletes training to compete in everything, not middle age adults who are hurting themselves and filing those claims. Can't wrap these guys in bubble wrap, stuff happens, this is off season training.

If pickle ball is that risky where does that put pick up ball or walking up the stairs in the Sukup building?

I mean maybe he should not be BASE jumping but playing pickleball seems like something an elite athlete should be able to play without the fans wondering why he is playing it. I assume college athletes play a lot of sports.

Exactly...Senior citizens are stuffing that "stat sheet".

If anyone thinks pickleball is more stressful on the Achilles than a Big 12 basketball game (or a basketball game versus Bethune Cookman for that matter), they need their head examined. My guess is pickleball is a welcome breather from a typical TJ practice.

The focus should be on the real culprit...THERE HAS TO BE A SECRET ELECTRICAL SUBSTATION ON MORTENSEN IN WEST AMES!!!
