Disappointed to see SDSU leave, but also Air Force (cool to have a service academy). Probably not a big deal overall, but for personal reasons, I hate to lose those 2.

Sounds like tarleton state is more than likely going to the PAC 12 for wrestling

Conference finish:

YEAR (TMS)16 (10)17 (10)18 (12)19 (12)20 (12)21 (12)22 (12)23 (13)24 (13)25 (14)26 (14)
SDSU433104866336
NDSU745856851199
UNC10810128711910514
AF9101211121110891411

Dual record vs ISU:

SDSU 2-5
NDSU 1-7
UNC 1-2
AF 0-1
Total: 4-15

All 4 wins were in Jackson's last year and Dresser's first year.

Went through some NDSU SDSU Wyoming forums. Some have said Big12 was trying to force non legacy teams to leave and by not renewing affiliate membership offers. Talk of mandating a rev share amount too. Surprised UVU stayed still

No idea if this line of reasoning is accurate. I doubt any of those leaving had any shot of hosting.

The Big 12 championship has been neutral-site the whole time those teams have been in the league.

If they thought they'd get a chance to host on campus, then they weren't paying attention. If they thought they'd get a closer neutral site, then they should have gotten together with local partners and offered the Big 12 a better deal.

This is an absolutely insane take. . What am I missing? How could someone say every champ had a top 10 seed. Only one pac 12 champ had a top 10 seed.

125 - 15 seed. 0-2
133 - 30 seed. 0-2
141 - 24 seed. 1-2
149 - 19 seed. 1-2
157 - 24 seed. 2-2
165 - 22 seed. 0-2
174 - 20 seed. 1-2
184 - 23 seed. 0-2
197 - 3 seed. Third
285 - 22 seed. 0-2.

Looks like that was originally posted by Nate Rotert, former SDSU wrestler. The only way he can reach his claims is by (1) taking the highest Pac-12 seed [not necessarily the conference champ] and (2) having Stanford and/or ASU still in the Pac-12.

I respect your opinion, but I struggle with Tulsa being a neutral site? Maybe neutral vis-a-vis OSU and OK, but hardly for the rest of us. Maybe you just mean that it was not 'on campus"?
