Hurley had a bigger one just before that where his offense was out of sorts and ended up with a shot that hit the back of the backboard. He should have called the TO when his player got trapped alwith a few seconds left on the shot clock.

I'd be willing to take the chance. Michigan has crushed a lot of teams all season, so getting owned in Elite 8 without our AA player, that'd be a bummer for sure, but I could live with it.

I definitely would have preferred ISU to beat Tennessee and lose big to Michigan in the Elite 8 than to lose to Tennessee in the Sweet 16. 'Twould have meant a rare 30 win season. Funny thing about it though is that there really is not much difference between Sweet 16 and Elite 8, as there is a Trophy provided for advancing to the Sweet 16, but the next trophy is for winning the Regional and advancing to the Final Four. Sweet 16 and Elite 8 teams both have the same trophy. The only difference is a blip on a banner in the arena.
