Big 10 teamThis is one opponent that I’d be fine having Texas beat. I don’t know what it is about Purdue, but I really don’t like them.
So here’s something I’m surprised grown adults don’t understand, but I’ve mentioned it to a lot of fan bases overtime and they don’t generally like it, but it’s true all the same.., if you’re wondering around saying these kind of things out loud and throwing a fit, all that does is make your rival think they’re in your head. I would never ever give anyone the satisfaction of throwing a hissy fit & making excuses as to why a hated rival did this or that….
Good luck tomorrow!!!
Huh?! Does Iowa play tomorrow? I’m actually undecided whether I’m even gonna watch that game, but isn’t it today? And why would I wish myself luck and more importantly how does me wishing that gentleman “an Iowa State fan” good luck = Iowa…
Some of you cats, are pretty difficult to understand. Although coming from a fan base who thinks posting dumb after a post is a good dig clearly has plenty of issues.
Outside of the squawks, they won the games they were supposed to win, they really got some very good draws so far in the tournament and have made the best of it. The key for most teams to advance is to avoid playing the # 1 and 2 seeds, and except for the squawks the league has been able to do just that.
The B10 is not a better league than the B12 from top to bottom or even at the top. I would put Arizona, Houston and ISU up against any three teams from the B10.
You quoted yourself, so it seems as if you were wishing yourself good luck. But good luck to your team tonight.
Big 10 team
But really, is that worse than a TURNCOAT Big XII team that is now $EC? And Purdue is not the richest athletic department in the country. More akin to ISU as an AG/Engineering school.Big 10 team
They never wanted it to be the BigXII, anyway. They wanted to control everything and got their way entirely too often. But really, is that worse than a TURNCOAT Big XII team that is now $EC? And lastly, their fans are not complete dooooshes.
Dear diary....I see that, I actually meant to quote….I honestly don’t remember his name is DAEDYLLIC something not gonna go back and look, he’s a good fan…
I’m not sure what I’m gonna do about the Iowa game. I may watch it. I may not…. (Watched 3 minutes last game) I’m a much bigger Iowa football and women’s basketball fan now then I am a men’s fan, but I can probably watch that game without any real anxiety because in all seriousness…
And I know that it doesn’t jive with the crazies in Iowa State or Iowas fan base who are convinced you have to hate your rival, but I’m not going there be all that upset if Fred Hoiberg & Nebraska make it to the elite eight. It’s at least as good a story as Iowa making it if not better.
Sports became quite a bit more enjoyable for me when I quit hate watching things like many of these fan bases do.
The only people who ever convinced me to hate Iowa were its fans. And I know that it doesn’t jive with the crazies in Iowa State or Iowas fan base who are convinced you have to hate your rival,

You reap what you sow.Exactly now you get it… it’s the fans, the Iowa State fans, the Iowa fans, the Michigan fans…
See I live out of state. It’s super easy for me to root for Iowa State until I stumble across some of their nut job fans. You nailed it perfectly.
