Wow - Bennett has been there for 25 years. Interesting and good hire for ASU.
Yeah, its a home run for ASU. Really surprised he'd jump now, seems like he could have had interest from better programs for the last couple decades. He's been getting robbed in the portal though, maybe he wants to be on the other end of that. An underrated thing about him is his ties to overseas recruits, he built Saint Mary's on them, especially Aussies. It seems like foreign players are trending a bit more now in the CBB, could be his niche.
 
TJ won’t be their first choice, it’d be a situation to Campbell at Penn state. That’s no disrespect to TJ, UNC would be beyond lucky to have him but they’re gonna go for a bigger name. I also don’t think TJ leaves but in the NIL era you always gotta be a little worried about teams that have unlimited resources compared to us.
