He is getting fouled... but I do agree with you... often times he has no interest in even making the layup, he's only trying to draw the foul... and flail. I think he has the ability and strength to get the foul and convert the layup though.

If they’re just bringing Heise’s guy up to pick for their point guard so he can then go one on one with Heise instead of Lipsey, then we need to be more aggressive and get the ball out of his hands. You can see the confidence return to him when Heise switches on to him.

Previous 2 foul calls on ISU did not exist. "Foul" on Milan came during an obvious travel.

Defense looking better. Tamin keeping us in it with his aggressiveness. Need Batemon and Milan to start hitting some shots then life becomes easier for Tamin and Blake in the lane. If we get good O from Toure and Heise then that’s just the cherry on top.
