50 bench points is just mind-boggling
Is that a record or did Cujo's position bake that in if someone else was hitting?

They lost the guy they run the offense through.Practice is for practice though!
And why doesn't the bench get more time at the end of early season bye games to practice together!??

You don’t think I know that? You really think I believe Otz is listening to some nobody on a message board? I sure hope he doesn’t.
It’s still dumb though. I will die someday still believing that. Would all of you be saying that “building some chemistry” in a meaningless ending of a game was worth it had we lost Lipsey or Milan? Easily could have happened. Those guys were kinda dirty too…. guys were going down all over the place.
I doubt I’ll change anyone’s mind on here…. it is what it is. We got away with it thankfully. Move on.
Can’t go thru life scared and worried. S**t happens. Just play.At that point in the game, there is no chemistry to be made…. it’s a men’s ymca league night game at that point…. up and down, no plays, no defense…. but as we saw several players going down with injuries…. because of all the chaos. It was dumb, but luckily we got away with it. You would agree had Lipsey or Milan gotten injured in that playground game at the end.

I suspect most practice time was going over said offense.
You now lost this option, so you treat this as a scrimmage , and you let guys play to try to develop further chemistry.
Did I mention they lost the guy who touched the ball literally on every offensive possession?
Not saying I like it but I understand it
Don't think what TJ did today was anything different than he has done throughout his tenure at ISU. We could be beating a team by 50 and the bench guys aren't coming in much before 3 minutes left.Otz kept his guys in to get more time together and create more chemistry without Jefferson on the court. He is preparing the team to be at their best.
CW just tweeted that its just a sprain, not specifically the grade of strain but XRay was negative
I don’t know that you’re wrong…I just don’t know that guys are thinking they’re constantly in imminent danger of getting hurt though either…and it’s something of a reward for the starters to get to play in an easy tournament game too. Especially when they are playing well. It ended up fine. I do think we just leave it alone and move on.You don’t think I know that? You really think I believe Otz is listening to some nobody on a message board? I sure hope he doesn’t.

YepAnd if he's even able to go at all (highly doubt it) he'll be like Lipsey last year; just very limited.
Right?! How many times have we ever achieved that?50 bench points is just mind-boggling
Low ankle sprain per J Jeff and Otz. "Day to day".
Netted over $400 on ISU bets today. Again, small potatoes, but I'm a novice. It almost overcame the pit of darkness I felt in my stomach the entire effing game.As a gambler, I love betting on large Iowa State spreads bc of Otz. Almost feels like he’s got money on it.
