Ill never trust the committee but yeah, it's hard to see how we should have slid that far just by taking a few high-quality losses. The AP poll seems to recognize that, hopefully the committee feels the same

I understand the sentiment, but I think this idea of Auburn being safely "in" is waaay overblown. I just checked BracketMatrix.com, and as of today, a whopping 11 people have them in the field.

I also think the committee is going to put a fair amount of weight in to how the Big 12 scheduled their last 3 weeks of the season. If we beat Tech on Thursday we will snag the last 2 seed.

Furman upsets East Tennessee. 14/15 seeds just got weaker. Furman will be a 16 IMO

Does that push bubble teams like suckeyes closer to the out line ?
Would love to see Miami of Ohio los in their conference tournament, … that would take another weak ass tiny ten team out of ncaa….( like the suckeyes)

Don't sweat the seeding your seeing. We are a 2 seed unless we lose 1st game in k.c we're not dropping from 4th best team to 9th best team in committee's eyes.

I don’t care if we’re the lowest 2 or top 3, I just care about not getting sent away for the first round. If Purdue gets STL while we get sent out East, I’ll be pissed. Same with Illinois, but at least we don’t have the head to head victory against them.

2 of the 3 between Illinois/ISU/Purdue will go to STL. I think ISU is ahead of Purdue, but it's probably only couple team difference on the seed list. If Purdue/ILL we're ahead of ISU then they need to be ahead of Nebraska and Texas Tech for OKC. That being said I think it's STL with a win on Wednesday.

Duke as a possible 1 seed in the bracket just got a little more palatable with the Caleb Foster injury. That makes Cayden Boozer as their primary ball handler and they don’t really have any other guards that fit that role. Still loaded with size and skill on the wings/front court of course, but I’d think makes them a good bit more vulnerable.

Agree, it makes things a little more difficult. One of the other three 5 star ball handlers (not including big Boozer) will have to pick it up.
