Norwalk with an epic meltdown to lose the game. Norwalk up 4 and then DCG scores 6 points in like 2 seconds off 2 inbound turnovers. Not sure what happened next but Norwalk must have got 2 techincals called on them.

yeah they called a timeout without a timeout after a foul. so tech and then shots for foul

That DCG game was EPIC! I thought they were done before that sequence but they showed why you never quit till the final buzzer. We were at the 1st game they played at DCG where Birmingham torched DCG for like 35 points in a blowout win and when she started hitting some big shots tonight I thought DCG was in trouble.
Adam Jones is a great coach. Both my young daughters have gone to his basketball camps and while we don't go to more than a few games a season between the camps and games I've been impressed with how he teaches winning culture. His teams play fast paced tempo offense and good defense. One of the games we went to earlier this year and I didn't think they looked like a state tournament team how they played and this roster is not nearly as talented as DCG has had in recent years. I'm impressed how they have made it to the title game with the team they have this year and it's definitely a result of the winning culture and coaching staff they have.

I am friends with her parents and really feel for her as that was a rough sequence. She's a good kid and her parents are great. Norwalk is a good team and will be back in the state tournament next year.

The original person that tweeted that out is an absolute tool. (He's my brother, I can say that)
And I saw outkick tweet out that she needs to be investigated. Almost every replay was blasting the tweet at least.
Honestly, you can't blame #12 for Norwalk for the first pass/steal. There was a lot of contact by the DCG player prior to the pass and her teammate fumbled an okay pass. The second one was a definite mistake. Although, if I was their coach I would have 100% been telling the team after the game it was my fault for not calling a timeout right after the layup to tie the game so we could reset.
Did they have a TO? Wasn't that why they received a technical foul? For calling a TO when they didn't have one?
