Not very common for a team with that type of record to have a performance like this at home so late in the season. Tough to balance the successes of the season with how bad March could possibly go with our bad play potential. Just hope for the best at this point but don’t set expectations too high.
But far too many were wide open because we couldn’t cover correctly when we doubled. A bunch of layups also.
Just terrible defensive performance.
I mean, this is the answer. Our athleticism in the back court isn’t as good as the top teams. Probably really pkk lmk aging above ourselves to get to this point frankly.

Well they wouldn't shoot that volume of 3 pointers if they had him, So who is to say how much worse they really are.
If they are hitting 3's they are very good.

When we bring our A game, we can beat anyone. But we don't bring our A game very often. The team is very inconsistent. Teams are not letting Milan get looks, we can't make free throws, rebounding is an issue. This is a team with a sweet 16 ceiling.
Do you think we look good right now. Lose bad to BYU, beat a bad Utah team in a game we were not very good and get run by Tech at home. Should we not be worried? What if we get crushed at Arizona?
I Mean apologies but our slow starts and usual bad habit of getting down 10 or giving up big leads is concerning
we are not going to make a run with defense. Tech isn't the only skilled athletic team out there. Those type of teams solve our D. To win in the NCAA tournament you need to be able to score with people too, and our half court offense is not good enough.
I don’t. They have no consistency at all. Maybe they struggle and end up a 3 seed. There’s hardly any chance of beating Arizona.
Truly any outcomes are possible in March. But not making the final 4, just being realistic about it. Elite 8 run would be nice and I think is on the table. They could also get bounced by a 7 or 10 seed the first weekend.
“TJ not being an actual basketball coach” when a week ago we were a #1 seed, we are ranked #4 and are still a #2 seed in the NCAA tournament.
Losing games suck but we’ve only done it 5 times all year so saying the coach sucks at coaching basketball is an idiotic take.
