26/27 fb season ticket renewal Question

Does anyone have insight into the fb season ticket renewal process?

we've got four tickets, friends of ours have two, they'd like to move and take over two of ours and we're willing to step down to only having two tickets.


Our renewal times are close, like 5 or 6 hrs apart. thoughts, suggestions, or ideas on how this happens? the ticket office and phone menu are less than useful - at least what I have found

Call the ticket office. Explain the situation and there has to be a way where they take 2 of yours and give up theirs.
I emailed and dropped one of mine no prob.

Other thing is to have you buy four and they pay you. They then cancel theirs.

yeah one rub is we both want to keep our seniority, so the pay-us option is sorta less than ideal.
I've sent the ticket office an email, and tried a few phone numbers so far none have ended in voice menu with no option to get to a person.

i'll keep poking and see what i can find.

Or if time is an issue now, keep both as is, and a) transfer/sell the tickets for 2 of yours to them/him, and have them transfer/sell theirs to someone else.
We did something similar when we had two tickets in section 11 and two in SEZ. Wanted a year breather to see whether we wanted/needed to keep the two in section 11. Sold them as season tickets to someone here on CF, who also had their own tickets. Didn't ask for anything related to CC donation, just the cost of the season tickets.
The next year, they didn't need ours and neither did we, so we dropped the 2 in section 11.

The reality is that I anticipate we will see a fairly significant dip in season ticket renewals and thus the ticket office should be making it a priority to accommodate a request like this.

I think you're right on the dip this year - i'll reach out and see what they can do.
