When he was here he had take over mentality, fearless. It was reckless at times but he had beast mode tendencies, don't see that with these boys tbh.

I think part of the issue is that there's no alpha personalities, like a Keshon Gilbert for instance, to pull this thing out of the fire when things get tough. I think Toure has some of that but he's too young, the other guys are too "nice" IMO. Lipsey is tough but he's another laid back type of personality. Need more dawg in some of these guys.

Agree on lack of a fiery leader and have said such multiple times.

Jefferson walks around most of the time looking like Eeyore. Our seniors don’t get into anybody’s a*s when they do stupid sh*t.

Lord knows the staff won’t light into guys during a game.
