A team with arguably a more talented roster (on paper) with one of the best home court advantages in the sport played like their hair was on fire with their backs against the wall.
Last year ISU lost by 17 in Lawrence and beat them by 17 in Ames..
They knocked the #2 out of us in more ways than one.
Pretty horrible leadership by our seniors Lipsey and Jefferson tonight. Batemon and Heise bright spot. Everyone else should be embarrassed of themself though, all time awful game by Jefferson.

The first half was awful. Jefferson was awful. Tamin’s offensive game was rough. Not a ton of positives, but some better effort after halftime.
Positive - our next 7 games are all against worse opponents than KU. 23-1 (10-1) hosting KU on Valentine’s Day would look good. Gotta bounce back quick. Need new wrinkles on offense.
