Yeah I just don’t see that happening after witnessing the consistent head scratching slow starts, random losses, and melt downs in clutch moments in big games over the years.

Don’t get me wrong I think Matt is a good coach and great sales guy or “culture” builder. But I don’t think he’s going to reach that caliper of winning regardless of resources.

Especially considering he lost Heacock now, who has saved his butt too many times to count.

Rocco understands there's almost zero chance he's winning a Natty with basically half 2025 ISU and half PSU holdovers/transfer portal pieces doesn't he?! I get the easy schedule but that does nothing for them come Playoff time. Also Campbell didn't have the resources here but yet his core players were good enough to take with him to his new shiny job? This whole thing just sucks.

I don’t have a problem with Rocco referencing the resources at Ped St, but saying Campbell didn’t have the people is uncalled for. Lost a lot of respect for him there.

I’m not sure that schedule gets them to the CFP, as soft as it is. They’ll lose a couple, and IF they make the B10 championship, they’ll get smoked. That’s a bad place to be sitting trying to get into a 12 team playoff.

Lost a lot of respect for Rocco and Campbell when I read that. Honestly, given what Rocco said, coupled with Jeremiah Cooper’s, or his family’s comments, it seems they were more than happy to take our money, but didn’t want anything to do with the people (AD or the fans)

I said this on hear earlier, but one of the PSU podcasters or some **** said they'll get better results from the ISU players.

Can you imagine being the coach who gets stuck in the office that they let Sandusky have after he was done coaching? It was awful to start with but when he quit coaching they gave him an office to continue doing that for another decade. The whole place is disgusting.

Penn St should have received the football death sentence for the same term that Sandusky got for a prison term.

To be honest, I would rather see the MBB team get a bigger share of the revenue (another 2-3 mil for a total of 7-8 mill). Iowa State MBB will win a Natty with TJ as the coach.

But if you pay the same guys millions more, doesn’t that give those same guys the resources to win?? Right?
