The announcers mentioned that Evan was heavy and mentioned Elam wasn’t going but didn’t give any specifics as to why.

I assume Elam did not go because of workload. Dresser did say he was going to be on a pitch count at the start of the year.

Not that it’s the be all end all but Willie said today that he thinks Poulin and Evan are pretty dinged up and won’t be back for awhile…

I am honestly ok with them getting a break. If they are dinged up too that unfortunate. If they can wrestle against Oklahoma State and UNI and then save them for Big 12 and NCAA I would be ok with it. Just so they are healthy in March.
