Okay so Mastny got screwed that’s 3 all day any day but just like with ech trying to cut at the end of his match gotta make sure you hear/see the ref award it because obviously the refs at Ironman have been borderline terrible

IAWrestle has him ranked #1 in AAA at 175. Not sure what weight he's wrestling at but I assume Tony & Co have him in the right spot.

White went on to major his guy in the finals. He's committed to Okie St. Mastny-White could be a great rivalry although White is a '26 grad.

After watching the Mastny vs White, I would take Mastny 9/10 times in college. Solid in all phases while White has limited mat skills plus Mastny has another year to get stronger/bigger to become a true 197-pounder as he appears a little undersized.

After watching the Mastny vs White, I would take Mastny 9/10 times in college. Solid in all phases while White has limited mat skills plus Mastny has another year to get stronger/bigger to become a true 197-pounder as he appears a little undersized.

Agree Mastny's development will be interesting to watch. He's not real tall for 97 from what I've seen. Wonder if he'll be an 84 at least the first couple years. He certainly fits the preferred Cyclone style of aggressive wrestling.

I understand that and he is physical specimen. Everything went against Mastny and he still took it to OT. The coaches expect Mastny to be 197 in college.

Our Indiana guy turned us onto White before basically anyone else. We had him as a Cyclone, but I guess he changed his mind for some reason ; )

Wish him well, kid has a great story, but Mastny is better.
