Disappointed, but not surprised given the circumstances
They won’t have enough players. It’s a good decision.
This is stupid. Yeah, there’s a lot of change going on. But you get the new staff here with the players you have and use the game film to prepare for spring practice.
I can't blame them. There is absolutely no certainty right now with who - and more importantly, how many - will be there.
At least we're not playing Memphis in the Liberty Bowl right guys?!?! RIGHT GUYS?!?!?!
Having to pay a fine is the cherry on top of this. Even if it’s small, it’s just perfectly symbolic of this whole mess.
Outside of ISU maybe long term this will lead to a cut down in bowl games as more teams opt out.
Campbell should pay the fine out his own pocket, honestly.
If this was what we were gonna get, that’s the only scenario I’m okay with not accepting a bid
