Can't wait to see the results on this one. These are feature films that BOTH directed. The list is below to choose from:

Blood Simple
Raising Arizona
Miller's Crossing
Barton Fink
The Hudsucker Proxy
Fargo
The Big Lebowski
O Brother, Where Art Thou
The Man Who Wasn't There
Intolerable Cruelty
The Ladykillers
No Country For Old Men
Burn After Reading
A Serious Man
True Grit
Inside Llewyn Davis
Hail, Caesar!
The Battle of Buster Scruggs

Mine, in order but this was tough. True Grit, Raising Arizona, O Brother are all right there too.

5-Miller's Crossing
4-Inside Llewyn Davis
3-Fargo
2-No Country For Old Men
1-Blood Simple

Wow, I didn’t realize how many I’d not seen.

Edit: My attempt at a top 5 having not seen the films listed below:

1. Inside Llewyn Davis
2. A Serious Man
3. No Country for Old Men
4. The Hudsucker Proxy
5. O’ Brother, Lebowski, or Buster Scruggs

Given A Serious Man and Inside Llewyn Davis are probably my 1a and 1b, what order would you recommend I watch the following:

Miller’s Crossing
Barton Fink
The Man Who Wasn’t There
Intolerable Cruelty
The Ladykillers
True Grit (I’ve seen the original)
Hail, Caeser!

My top 5 in order:
1. No Country for Old Men
2. Fargo
3. Miller's Crossing
4. Burn After Reading
5. The Big Lebowski

These have been on my watchlist forever but always get bumped:
O Brother Where Art Thou
Inside Lewyn Davis

The rest are about 50/50 that I already watched or might never get to.

Miller's Crossing is the top, as far as I'm concerned. It's just a masterpiece. I can watch it and then immediately start it over and watch it again. The characters, the setting, the dialogue, the story... it all works so well. It's on the Mt Rushmore of films for me.

Barton Fink, Hudsucker and The Man Who Wasn't There are also sneakily great, and stand up very well with some of their more popular films. Finally, you have to throw in Lebowski. It's just a gem.

Far too ignored when people compile genre list of best gangster movies.

1. Fargo
2. Blood Simple
3. Raising Arizona
4. No Country for Old Men
5. The Man Who Wasn't There

I have a confession to make, Big Lebowski would not make my Coen Top 10. In fact, I think its the weakest of the ones I've seen. I haven't seen Ladykillers, I heard that one was bad.
