i really don’t know what to say. We won exactly how a team East of us wins and we constantly ***** about it. I hope this is a monkey off our back, but to look at this game and… never mind, I’m not going to be a miserable ****. It’s better to win than to lose.
One thing I will say. Our D seems to have figured out how to play together. That was a great performance by them today.
No, we won today and the hoks lost in the last three seconds. It’s a great day.
Honestly? After today's effort, I refuse to make statements like "Jalon Daniels rips us to sheds in two weeks" anymore. Maybe he will, but perhaps just enjoy the grit the defense played with, as they deserve it.
The defense played their asses off and deserve all the credit in the world while playing 2nd and 3rd guys in the majority of spots.
They're not really taking it off though...They're just sounding stupid.
Uglied out a win, special teams bringing it back was huge, getting turnovers was just as big. Offense did little or nothing most of the game, but the defense was more bend than break. I will take the win, but that does not make up for the 3 games we should have won in the conference, BYU, Arizona State and Colorado. We are sitting at 6-4 instead of 9-1 where we should be.

We’re back to the McCarney/Rhoads era, somehow winning games that we shouldn’t (but dropping turds in games that we should win handily). But, let’s give mediocrity a standing ovation.
