Offensive scheme is as good as its always been under TJ. Just zero ******* movement unless you have the ball. Tough, tough watch.

I think we busted on the bigs

I think you are right. We don’t really have a low post presence and it’s actually kind of painful. Need lipsey, Milan, JJ to really bring it each night .
That isn’t sustainable considering we had about 7 options last year and still struggled.

This appears to be the worst rim protection bigs I have seen at Iowa State in a very long time. They have no one down low that will be able to even slow down a good driving guard/wing.

It’s always taken the xfer bigs longer to acclimate to TJ ball than the guards and wings.

I think all 3 have the builds to excel in this defense.
